Changing Color of PL/SQL

HI,

I was able to change colors in through preferences in my object, editor, and results window. However, I wish to change the color of the PL/SQL program itself (borders, toolbar, etc.) Is it possible to do this?

I am using PL/SQL Developer 12.0.6.1835 (32 bit)

This is only possible by changing the Windows theme colors.
