Can't enter my licence information

Hi, I am using PL/SQL Developer 7.0.2 and my 30-day trial period expired today, and I can't figure out how I am supposed to enter the licence I have purchased. The program just throws me to this website every time I open it, so I cannot access any help->registration menu. How can I register this product? Thanks,
