Can't connect

Trying to install v6.06 and getting a strange problem. PL/SQL DEV seems to find the Oracle components fine but when I attempt a connection it pops up a blank error message and won't connect--goes back to the connection . Support Info below.

Problem solved...it was a PATH issue. Added a path to the instant client dll directory.
