Cannot open New Instance

Hi

One of the users in my team is having an issue where when they click File-New Instance, nothing happens. This is only with one user and no one else where I work.

The version he is using is:

Version 7.1.1.1339

I have searched the forums for anyone else with a similar issue but could not find anything.

Could anyone help with this?

Can you update to the current 7.1.5 version and try again?

It appears to have resumed working. I'm not sure why but it seems to be running fine now!
