Cannot open file "C:\TEMP\PLS-Recovery\16910550.001"

When I open PL/SQL Developer (7.1.5.1398 launched with a "desktop=general" argument, on Windows XP Pro 5.1 SP2) I've started getting error alerts along the lines of

Cannot open file "C:\TEMP\PLS-Recovery\16910550.001". The system cannot find the file specified

There are several other similar looking files in C:\TEMP\PLS-Recovery, so it's not like the folder has gone away.

I'm afraid I can't remember when it started happening but it's in the last couple of months.

Any suggestions?

We'll make this more robust in the next release. Can you find a cfg file in the PLS-Recovery directory that has a text contents that points to the 001 file?

where can I find the recovery files? I needed to change my hard disk, but I can access the files on my previous drive. I do not have a temp directory on that drive.

How about distributed applications? We are currently using Novell Application Launcher, and I can not find any PLS-Recovery directory on my local machine.
