Cannot open clipboard

One of our developers has noticed some wierd behavior with copy paste.

After a while, when he tries to paste he get's the error "Cannot open clipboard". The copy gives no error, but when pasting into notepad it's empty. A restart of PLSQLDev resolves the issue.

This error indicates that another application currently has opened the clipboard. Does this error happen when using a specific other application? Can you still copy/paste in other applications when this situation arises?
