Cannot Connect Error since V6.0.5

Since the 6.0.5 version of PL/SQL Developer, I have been getting the following error when attempting a SQL Connection after I have switched network connections, either via Wireless to LAN or VPN to Local. I cannot reset the condition without a reboot.

Any Ideas?

Error Windows:
Title: PL/SQL Developer: plsqldev.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point WSAEventSelect could not be located in the dynamic link library orauts.dll.

Followed by:
Title: PL/SQL Developer
ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable

Thanks!

Maybe this is an environment problem. Can you go to Help > About, press the 'Info' button, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?

Marco, Any further information on this problem?Have you been able to reproduce from the information I emailed you?
Thanks, Paul

In your last e-mail you mentioned:
I will attempt a test of this theory by verifying a failure in PL/SQL Developer, then trying to establish an Oracle*Net connection to the same server, say via tnsping, then trying to connect again through PL/SQL Developer. Test results will be forthcoming as I am able.
Did you try this?

Sorry for the long delay in replying. Yes, I did try that and at first it seemed to be successful, but after normal use and resetting the DNS through ipconfig, the problem continues to occur. No other reference to these TNS addresses fails, either through SQL*Plus, TNSPing, or other applications that connect to Oracle. Only starting up a new PL/SQL Developer session from the command line.

Any new information on this problem? Can we establish a Web Conference (I can start) or something to diagnose this issue?
Thanks, Paul
