We want to buy PL/SQL,and test PL/SQL On our citrix xenapp server,we install PL/SQL V8.0.4 and publish to users,then oracle database developer said that they can't input any chinese words in the PL/SQL editor.
Our test environment:
Windows 2003 R2 sp2
Citrix XenApp 4.5
PL/SQL V8.0.4
The PL/SQL application was published to oracle database developer through Citrix XenApp 4.5,The developer said they can't use Simplified Chinese input method to add comment.
