Can I compare a DB object with an OS object?

I was wondering if there was a way to compare a procedure stored in a windows folder with the same procedure stored in the database?

This is not directly possible in version 9.0, but such a feature has been added in 10.0:

I downloaded V10.0, but I don't see this option.
Can you guide me to this through the menus?

Open the file or database object in a Program Window, right-click in the editor, and go to the "Compare to" popup menu item.
