Bug : Sql Window with long queries

When I try to run a long query (~400+ lines) in an sql window, I do not see the result grid and cannot see the full query anymore. It's like the window has been resized to something bigger than my screen and I cannot see what's being displayed. However if I run the same query within an existing sql window who already have a result grid, everything is fine. It only happens when there is no result grid yet in the sql window. Please investigate.
