Bug: saving a SQL window

For some reason that I haven't figured out yet, when I try saving the current SQL window with Save As and give it a name I get a msg that says

Can't, already in use by someone else

Or words to that effect. I can see all the files currently there and the new name that I am trying to use DOES NOT already exist. So I click the button in the error box to close it and then I found that clicking the Save button WILL save under the new name. Go figure.

I have only seen this in SQL windows, but who knows.

I'm not seeing that.

Just created a new SQL window, added some text, chose File-Save As..., entered a unique name and clicked Save.

No problemo.

yup, I don't see it all the time either and when I do I can't think of anything that makes that time unique.
