I just noticed that when I use the horizontal scroll bar and I click in the scroll area (not the scroll thumb) it scrolls too far and parts of the line are skipped.

- The SQL Window seems fine, though I'd like it to scroll 1 character less than a full screen

- The Program Window skips 3 characters

- The Command Window Editor tab seems fine, though I'd like it to scroll 1 character less than a full screen

- The Explain Plan window seems fine
