Bug Report: view view

In Browser right click a view and select view. In SQL Window hilight some text. On main menu click Edit and the Selection sub-menu is not active.

On the main menu click Edit and Select All. Then click on Edit and Selection sub-menu still is not highlighted.

Toolbar button, like to upper/lower, do not enable either.

Maybe I have misunderstood your comment, but when you view an object, you are not allowed to edit it.

In my opinion, it is only natural that the commands to edit the code (cut/paste/indent/lowercase etc.) are unavailable.

In the selection sub-menu, only the Color Mark command would make sense to apply to text that can not be edited, so one could maybe argue that this single command should always be available.

Ah, I see now, there is a msg "File is read-only" down in the status bar. Other than that, the SQL Window looks just like one where I can edit.

Change request: I'd like a config option that when checked would make read-only windows (that are otherwise used for editing code) appear with a different background.
