Bug Report: Color Marks

My PC doesn't do anything when clicking the little arrow on the right side of the Color Marks button.

If I click the main part of the button I get a Color Mark. And clicking the main part of the button again will remove the Color Mark.

But, I'd like to be able to specify what colors to use for my marks.

We'll try to find a possible reason why this color picker would not show.
