Don't know exactly where the problem is but I went to save a file and got the VCS message that the file did not reside in the directory structure of the current [something]. So I clicked the Cancel button and the PL/SQL Developer window cloned itself, split into parts, and was totally jumbled up. I was able to close one of the clones, which closed the other one so I could restart. Never seen anything like this before.
