Beware: this will cause PLD to hang!!
1) In a new SQL window paste the following text:
ABCDEFGHIJ
ABCDEFGHIJ
ABCDEFGHIJ
ABCDEFGHIJ
2) Using Alt-drag, highlight the column of "ABC" and press "Delete".
3) Without doing anything else, do a global Find and Replace of any text e.g. replace "DEF" with "ABC".
4) It is now hung.
Workaround is to do some other cursor or typing action after using Alt-drag. I've had simliar but less destructive behaviour using Alt-drag if I don't do some other action immediately after.
