Browser: Referenced By not showing all the dependent objects

Hi All,

This is my first post in this forum. I tried to find if my query has already posted earlier, but couldnt find one.

The problem I am facing is, if I want to see all the dependent object through the Browser like: Users -> {Select the User} -> Objects -> Tables -> {Select the Table} -> Referenced By is only listing the synonyms, but not listing any Procedure/Package/Functions if I am not the owner of that table, even though the user I am connected as has all access to this table.

If I am owner of this table then its showing all the dependent objects.

Please let me know if there any preference setting or something else I can do to solve my problem.

Hi All,

I just got the solution for my problem, which was there in the Preference -> Option -> Use DBA Views if available.
