Hi Marco,
The bookmark facility is helpful for quick hops, but I soon forget which bookmark numbers are placed where.
Sorry, but the 'Go to Bookmark' menu available from the Edit menu is sometimes not so helpful to me, because a list of entries formatted like
6 - Line 935: SELECT TO_DATE(TO
8 - Line 1011: SELECT TO_DATE(TO
can still leave me lost in code.
Might it be possible
please, to assign a function key that opens a little dropdown from which I might navigate quickly to a bookmark even without using the mouse? (My boss does not like me taking my hands from the keyboard.
)
The dropdown might be similar to the Code Assistant, and sorted by bookmark number, name of containing-function/procedure, or even line number, according to a preference setting.
What do you think?
Best Regards, Mark.
