Bookmark next/previous and Navigation forward/backward seems turning up alternatively

Hi,
I have dragged and dropped Navigation Forward/Backward icons (from Command Menu Edit Section) to the ribbon area. It seems sometimes they appear to be showing upto behave as Bookmark next/previous buttons instead. It seems the icons are the same for both types, so its even confusing as only hovering the mouse over them to figure out which one is used.

Or It could be that i may have accidentally used Bookmark button for some databases. Are the ribbon layout saved per database or per laptop logged in user or extended Win10 monitors please? I always login to laptop as the same user, however i do use different types of extended monitors all the time.

The navigation marks are set when you perform an absolute navigation in a window/editor. For example when you use the search function, hyperlink navigation, error navigation, and so on. But also bookmark navigation. This way you can always find your way back when you jump to somewhere.

I understand the functionality, but my point is when i login to a database sometimes the Left arrow Icon appear to work for the functionality of Book Mark left and sometimes it changes to Navigation Previous. The tool tip changes too. But Visibly its the same Icon.

It happened just now actually, but this time i am logged into the same database but i have opened two instances of the PLSQLD. On one of them Tool tip says "Go to Previous Bookmark", on the other instance tool tip Says "Navigate Back". I am trying to figureout why they change.
