block comment in 7.1.4

Hallo!

I have installed 7.1.4 and have now problems with rectangular blocks.

1. If I select a rectangular block with Alt+Mouse and create comment with "Edit-Selection-Comment" then no comment is created.

2. The "Copy" for the rectangular block in context menu (right mouse click) is also not supported.

Comment does indeed not work for a column selection.

Copy works correctly when using the keyboard, but the context menu does indeed not show a copy function. We'll fix it.
