Better HTML Manuals

Hi,

Several suggestions to improve HTML Manuals:

• Status bar does not updates every time it should
• Because we cannot now remember "bookmarks" pointing to various locations from inside HTML Manuals, we need the possibility to grab current page URL, then we can make bookmark in our browser from that URL
• Ability to change base font size within html page, and may be even background color
