Beta 9: No prompt to save changes in Program window

I open for editing, for example the package body. Then I invoke a Beautifier and see changes in the code. Then I invoke a closing of window. And the window closes immediately, without any prompt to save of changes made by the Beautifier.

This is indeed not correct. We'll fix it.
