Beautifier and Views with PL/SQL functions in the with clause

Views with PL/SQL functions in the with clause cannot be beautified in version 13.0.0.1874.
Getting an error "PL/SQL Beautifier could not parse text" when try.

This is indeed not yet supported. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
