When using the beautifier in version 12, I had the option to run the beautifier for only a portion of a file by highlighting a block of text. In the beta versions, highlighting the text does not limit the beautifier to my selection and instead runs for the entire file.
I depend heavily on this ability. The beautifier is only used as a first pass on the code: after it runs there are always small tweaks I make which I haven't been able to replicate in the beautifier options.
