auto execute query

Dear Friends ,

I am using Pl/SQL 11.0.3 version as oracle 3rd party tool to manage my oracle database .

I want to run a query which execute/refresh every 5 sec automatically without user intervention .

How can I do it in pl/sql ??

At the bottom left of your SQL or Command window there is a little refresh icon.
Left click to enable.
Rigtht click to setup.
