Application terminated by OS

I have application using DOA and when Oracle forces WinNT to 100% or is too buzy and my program accomplish a query Windows kill it immideately. So how can I capture event onError to prevent this situation

I'm not sure what you mean. Is there an error and is the server "hanging", using 100% CPU time? Or is there a long running query that you want to terminate?
