App slows when running a lot of Windows Lists

I have noticed that when I get a lot of Windows Lists open the whole applications slows down and sometimes flashes. I have right now about 20 - 30 Windows Lists. To bring up a new procedure is currently slower than in 10. When I only have a couple windows its fine. Is this an known issue?

Can you let me know what exactly you mean by "bring up a new procedure" and also how slow this is?

When I double click on a procedure from the database to view the code it takes 20 seconds.
I also currently have 50 Windows open, a combination of SQL Windows, Procedures, Session, and Test Windows.

I realize that 50 is not ideal but I have not seen this problem in version 10.
