I have created a SpecialPaste plugin which does just about the same as PasteOptions. Only available for 64 bit.http://bar-solutions.com/plugins.php

Hi, you can alse use sailor plugins which can create your self function to convert string what you want to.
and this plugins provide default function to convert separate string line to ',' or +" " ... also.
