I'm working with GEL (a freeware Java and JSP IDE that runs natively on Windows www.gexpets.com or the mirror http://memescape.co.uk/gexperts/index.html) ... I've notice some great options in managing windows :
-the autohide/dockable option of the browsing windows (project manager/class browser/messages window...) ...
-the full window/screen mode (for the source code window) ...
It will be nice if that (or another) style of managing the object browser/code contents/window list/template list .... could be adopted by your product ...
