Their documentation site seems to be down at the moment, but we'll give it a try. I will let you know our findings.

We looked into this, and there is currently no option to integrate this into PL/SQL Developer. Due to the Multi-AI nature of 1min.ai, the API is somewhat different. I have added 1min.ai support to the list of enhancement requests.
