After connect with multiple connection disable

Hello
I put set role (with password) to AfterConnect.sql file.
I run update on one database wiht success, and when I connect to another database leaving window open i get insufficient privileges error. I have to open another sql window to run update. I think this is a bug, because this work on version 7 PL/SQL

I have Windows 7 with PL/SQL 9.0.2 and now afterConnect.sql doesn't work.
I put set role (with password) and after connect I don't have privileges to update tables.
