Add separators in contents navigator

Today, in our package bodies, we are creating fake private procedures, just to split group of them by context.
This image will help you understand :

In this example, procedure "o_____debugging_and_performances_____" is a fake one and is here only to help navigation visibility, it separate a group of procedures.

It would be nice to have a kind of metadata in the code which could be recognized by the navigator to help navigator organisation.
