Access violation in DCC60.DLL

I have downloaded DOA 3.4.6 for Delphi 6 and when I use one of the components I keep getting this error message. (I only have to add a component to the application to get the error)

Access violation at address 00B007D7 in module 'DCC60.DLL'. Read of address FFFFFFF.

What am I doing wrong?

I can't reproduce this. What happens if you try this with new, empty application?
