For me it is more easy and intuitive to use menus. Probably I'm old fashioned. 
In Ribbon interface mode menus of plugins are grouped and this groups has a name, name of plugin.
In Classic menus interface mode we see a long list of plugins menus without mentioning which plugin this item belongs to.
Maybe it is possible to make that each plugin will be have its own submenu?
