I know that you get mostly bug reports and complaints on this forum, but I just wanted to say that I use PL/SQL Developer all day long, and despite the occasional glitch, it's an excellent tool and a great value for the (modest) cost. I recommend it to all of my peers and want to thank you for the prompt response to questions and problems.
