13.0 Test Window does not show syntax highlighting

Just opened up a test script in v13.0 and th text is not syntax highlighted.

V12 and earlier show the highlighting.

This applies to existing files, and new test scripts created

OK Found the problem - applied to other windows as well.
The preference under Editor for Syntax highlighting was not checked, although shown as still default. I am sure this wasnt an issue in the Betas I tried. Is it a setup/settings conversion issue?

I'm not aware of any preference conversion issues. We'll check it out.
