1) The currently used main connection is not visible. It should be displayed at the top of the Object browser, maybe to the left of the color indicator (or even write the main connection right aligned and completely colored in the configured indicator color).
2) Switch between windows in LRU order, so you can use Ctrl-TAB to quickly toggle between two windows. Maybe as additional option in Key Configuration, e.g. Window: Last recently used window.
3) Popups "Properties" and "Describe" could easily work for DB-Links, too. If the cursor is on a "FROM objname@dblink" the data for "objname" could be read from "all_tabs@dblink".
4a) Key for going into text field of Search bar.
4b) When entering text in the search bar, optionally start searching immediatly without the need for RETURN (incremental find).
5) Toolbar icon for "Special Characters" without text, use the icon from the menu with toggle-state.
