12.0.7.1837 bug with context menu for name package = name scheme

If you create a package with the same name as the schema (I checked on three characters: prc.prc), clicking the right button of the mouse on the text of the prc.prc no menu items such as "View Spec and Body", "Drop" etc.. In the case of prc.pra package no such problems.
