10.0.5 thinks it's a trial but isn't

One of our customers bought a PL/SQL licence to make our job easier (sweet of them). When they log on to the server it's on, it works fine for them, but when I VPN in as the same user, it comes up with the "trial expired" box, and wants the licence key, which presumably it has, somewhere.

Is there some kind of issue with accessing 10.0.5 over VPN?

Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
