No I did not. This is what happened. I had the application running while Oracle was down. When Oracle came back online, I tried to open a table without reconnecting to the database. The application advise me of the issue and then it hang. It did not respond for 10 minutes so I killed it...

I reinstalled it and it worked. But now it happening again. Starting in the background mean its listed as a started process in task manager but no user interface get opened. So right now its not working again. Need some help.
