    Connection error at startup

Hi, I am getting a rather strange error after I attempt to connect to any Oracle DB. (I can connect fine with SQL*Plus). The error appears as a very small window with no text inside and only an "OKAY" button to click on. I am running on a Win2K box w/Oracle 9.2.
