I have tried downloading both the 11.2 and 11.1 documentation from Oracle. When I scan the directory and then look at the resulting list of books, I cannot find the Database Error Messages book. I am using PLSD 10.0.5.

FYI, I think I just solved this by docking the Connections window and following the instructions on another thread to save the window layout by clicking Window > Save Layout. Now when I open PLSD and choose a connection to open, the main window opens in the front. The other thread is here.
