Oracle 9i. PL/SQL Developer version5.1.6. In PL/SQL Developer, I can not set breaks and watches in the Debugger; I'm guessing it because of account privileges. What specific account privileges are required to utilize all the debugger features? I need to tell this to my DBA. Thanks.
