Unfortunately, there are no steps. It just kind of happens randomly when it wants to.
Is there anything I can do when it happens that will help you troubleshoot it? Is there a command I can run that will do a dump or something?
Please for the love of god fix this bug. It seriously interrupts my workflow.
The SQL window stops scrolling but I know there is text hidden. image attached.
The only way I know to fix it is close everything and reopen. This bug has been around for over a decade.
I'm running version 16.0.1.2149.
Our purchasing department didn't know the difference between the prior service contract and the new support contract and assumed they were the same.
Because of this we wasted our money on something we don't use which is e-mail support.
Now we have to go buy the upgrade to get from v15 to v16...
Yes, this! I came here just now because mine just crashed and I am getting very frustrated. This issue has been plaguing PL/SQL dev for years and years.

What is the intention of this product?
Will it replace PL SQL Developer?
Will it become paid software?
Is PL SQL Developer going away?
How functional will the end product be? Will it include all the same features as PL SQL Developer?
What is the target audience for Plyxon? Enterprises...
I would like to see this feature as well.
I think us long time "PL/SQL Developer" users are pretty much going to expect Plyxon to contain all the features we've gotten used to over the years and there are a lot of them.
Either that or PL/SQL Developer needs to be rewritten the same way Plyxon...
I am voting for this feature as well. I frequently have multiple schema open at a time.
Allround spoiled us with PL/SQL Dev features and omitting any would feel like a downgrade :)
This is a bug that exists in PL/SQL Dev and I've noticed in Plyxon.

The search dialog is modal and blocks me from focusing the SQL window until I close it.
This makes multiple manual search and replace operations painful.
