    ORA-03127: no new operations allowed until the active operation ends

    The same error occurs in Version 13.0.6.1911 (32 bit) when performing select on table that has CLOB columns with "Preferences > Oracle > Options > "Unicode enabled" disabled. when the option is enabled, the error is not triggered.
