That's what I have always done but I thought there must be an option within PL/SQL Dev to not export the rownum

Thanks Benjamin I guess that's a workaround but I don't see why that column would be included in an export to Excel when Excel already has row number.

I've had a look in the forum for a solution but don't see it. Is it possible to Copy to Excel without the rownum i.e. first column? Similar to when you Export Query Results to a CSV? Thanks.

When selecting to export data from the SQL Grid is it possible to alter the font that opens in Excel. When I export data it opens as Calibri and I'd rather have a standard font.

However, it does actually return. 1 script took 1172:05 but has produced results and window is now responding! Is there a limit as to the number of scripts you can run or amount resource you can use?

Session Mode > Multi Session Allow Mutiple Connections > Checked

I open an SQL file click F8 to run, then open another window/file and do the same. The PL/SQL Title Bar then displays (Not Responding) I cannot tab between the two windows and the timer stops incrementing. Therefore, I don't know if the script is still running or if I should abort the program...

Problem did not exist in V7. I thought PL/SQL Dev was multi threaded but I may go back to V7 now

It doesn't do anything! The option exists in the list when you right click but Excel is not initialized :mad:

Is this a common fault and does anyone have a resolution? Version 5.1.4.730 of PL/SQL Developer and Excel 2002.
