    Test window can not be closed when debug has gone wrong or connection has been lost

    I am on 11.0.4.1774 02.15491 and test window keeps freezing at the end of the test run. Stepping through with debug.

    Unable to add buttons to toolbar version PL/SQL Developer 11.0.3.1770

    After upgrading to PL/SQL Developer 11.0.3.1770 I cannot add items to personal toolbars. Has this changed? If I bring up customise I don't see the option to add to my toolbars. My prior toolbars went away with the upgrade and I see that is a known issue.
