Help! I'm getting an 'ORA-01882: timezone region %s not found' error on when attempting to view Jobs in PL/SQL Developer in one machine and not another. Both are connecting to the same DB (Oracle 11g 11.2.0.2.0). I suspect that it may be related to the Oracle install on the impacted machine...
