The wrapping is complete defined by the size of the window it seems. eg if the window is 20 characters long, then the text is wrapped at 20 characters, but if the window is resized to be 30 characters long then the wrapping changes to match.

I am currently running into a repetitive problem with Developer 6.0.0.840 in the commmand window. The window will not scroll horizontally at all, but rather will wrap all text onto a new line. This causes a large amount of grief as tables with several columns become absolutely unreadable...
