I want to install a copy on my home PC. But I don't see a "setup.exe" in the PL/SQL Developer folder on the company server. The only exe are plsqldev.exe and remove.exe Is there really an setup/installation process for version 4.0.1 ? Can I just copy that plsqldev.exe and the template folders to...
